We believe footballers in Australia do not receive the level of attention and quality required to reach or remain at the highest level in football internationally.

Whilst technology and training methodology has advanced, research shows that injury rates have risen.

With the pace of the modern game increasing, specialised speed, agility, strength, power, injury resilience and conditioning training remains overlooked.

    We specifically designed these Performance Programs so that they cater for both Youth (12-17) and Senior (18+), Men and Women, outfield players and goalkeepers, for all 3 phases of the year: the off-season, in-season and pre-season to ensure no matter where you are, you are ticking the right boxes off at the right time.

    Then, be seamlessly onboarded within minutes to our FPA app and assigned your Performance Program for either 6 weeks (Speed & Agility, Strength/Power or Conditioning/Stamina programs) or 12 weeks+ (for the ELITE program which has it all).
