    The Elite Off-Season Program has it all. This is our premium, 12-week transformation program for footballers who demand it all.

    You’ll cycle through on-field Speed & Agility, Conditioning & Engine, as well as in the gym Strength, Resilience & Power, in a periodised 12-week structure. Each week is specifically periodised for you and integrates all areas of elite football physically preparation, with built-in recovery protocols to optimise adaptation.

    By the end of Week-12, you’ll possess improved speeds over football specific distances, increased strength, power and whole body robustness, as well as professional-level endurance, ready to set yourself apart in the pre-season and beyond.

    These traits without stamina is wasted. Over 6-weeks, this program provides 3 high-intensity conditioning sessions per week, combining on-field repeated-sprint efforts and football-specific metabolic drills, with off feet endurance work.

    You’ll develop both a long lasting aerobic base as well as anaerobic capacity, ensuring you can press hard, making runs in behind, recover fast, and maintain maximum intensity from kickoff to the final whistle. By Week-6, you’ll be the player who never fades, can sprint repeatedly and cover more ground than your opponent.

    • Age: 18+ years old

    • Competitive Level: Semi-Professional and Professional Footballers.

    • Mindset: Athletes who struggle to keep up late in matches, who need repeated-sprint capacity, or who want to maintain match-long intensity without fading.

    • Outcome: A superior engine - both aerobic and anaerobic, so you can sustain high-tempo football for the full 90-minutes and beyond.
