  • 4 football-specific speed sessions across 2 weeks led by our expert performance coaches.

  • The Football Speed Academy is open to the following groups who are looking to develop the most sought-after skill in the modern game - speed:

    • Senior (16+) Semi-Professional or Professional male and female footballers.

    • Youth (10-16) male and female footballers.

  • Participate in an extensive testing battery that we use with the pros - covering speed, power and biomechanics.

    Improve running technique for acceleration, sprinting, deceleration and change of direction.

    Learn speed-specific mobility, strength, and power exercises, as well as injury-prevention methods, to keep you fit and performing all season.

  • Individualised testing and screening profile.
