12WK PRE-SEASON:

ELITE.

  • Are you looking to get faster, fitter, stronger, reduce injuries and take your athleticism to a new level?

    The Elite Off-Season Program has it all. This is our premium, 12 week holistic performance program for footballers who demand it all

    You’ll cycle through on-field Speed and Conditioning, as well as in the gym Strength, Resilience & Power, in a periodised 12-week structure. Each week integrates all areas of elite football physically preparation, with built-in recovery protocols and wellness tracking to optimise adaptation.

    By the end of Week-12, you’ll possess improved speeds over football specific distances, increased strength, power and whole body robustness, as well as endurance, ready to set yourself apart all pre-season and beyond.

    Your explosiveness will decide whether you reach the ball first. Over 6 weeks, this program delivers 2 on-field sessions that target acceleration, high-speed running, deceleration and change of direction.

    You’ll practice game-specific sprint patterns, fine-tune your technique through progressive drills, and develop the muscle coordination needed to motor past opponents. 

    By Week-6, you’ll have developed the tools to enhance your on field speed.

    • Competitive Level: Semi-Professional and Professional Footballers.

    • Mindset: Footballers who want to win every sprint, cut past defenders or defend fast attackers without hesitation, and never be beaten to the ball again.

6WK PRE-SEASON:

STRENGTH & POWER.

  • Are you fast and fit but seem to come off second best in challenges? Or experience constant niggles and injuries?

    In football, physical duels and injury-prone moments can define your season. Over 6-weeks, this program delivers 2 focused strength and power sessions that build full-body robustness, especially around key football injury sites like hamstrings, groins, hips, knees and ankles, while developing explosive power

    You’ll progress from foundational strength movements to power-based lifts, with targeted accessory work to reinforce joints and muscle groups most at risk in football. 

    By Week-6, you’ll be better equip in 50/50 contests and also move with the confidence that comes from a more injury-resilient physique.

    • Age: 18+ years old

    • Competitive Level: Semi-Professional or Professional Footballers.

    • Mindset: Footballers who want the confidence of physical dominance, who get driven off the ball in contact duels, or who need extra power in every step, and who value reducing injury risk.

    • Outcome: Noticeable gains in full-body strength, improved explosiveness, and a more robust, injury-resilient physique that keeps you on the pitch all season.

6WK PRE-SEASON:

CONDITIONING.

  • Are you strong, powerful, fast and agile, but seem to gas out in matches? 

    These traits without endurance is wasted. Over 6-weeks, this program provides 2 high-intensity conditioning sessions per week, combining on-field repeated-sprint efforts and football-specific metabolic drills, with off feet endurance work

    You’ll develop both a long lasting aerobic base as well as anaerobic capacity, ensuring you can press hard, making runs in behind, recover fast, and maintain maximum intensity from kickoff to the final whistle. 

    By Week-6, you’ll be pushing to be the player who never fades, can sprint repeatedly and cover more ground than your opponent.

    • Age: 18+ years old

    • Competitive Level: Semi-Professional or Professional Footballers.

    • Mindset: Footballers who struggle to keep up late in matches, who need repeated-sprint capacity, or who want to maintain match-long intensity without fading.

    • Outcome: A superior engine - both aerobic and anaerobic, so you can sustain high-tempo football for the full 90-minutes and beyond.
