Each session is designed to improve the key physical qualities needed for football performance.

  • Small group coaching with our Senior Coaches.

  • Speed, agility, strength, and power development specific to the demands of football.

  • Physical performance testing.

  • Running mechanics analysis and feedback.

  • Structured and progressive training across the term.

  • A supportive, competitive and professional training environment.

  • Coaching tailored to the demands of the individual, with consideration to their football schedule and wellness.

  • Access to the FPA training app and exercise library.

WHEN &

WHERE

Groups are formed based on ability, scheduling & logistics to ensure the best possible training environment.

  • Training available across selected FPA locations:

    • Lane Cove

    • Belfield

    • Northern Beaches

  • Multiple session times available across the week:

    • Monday - Friday 6:30-7:30am

    • Monday, Wednesday & Friday

      4:00-8:00pm

  • Final group allocation depends on:

    • Availability

    • Age & ability level
