YOUTH 12-wEEk:
THE STARTING POINT

The Youth 12-Week program is designed to develop the essential movement skills and athletic qualities that are crucial for young footballers. Over the course of 12-weeks, athletes will focus on increasing mobility, improving coordination, mastering basic strength, and developing speed mechanics.
This program provides a solid foundation in bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, animal flow movements, isometrics, and aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, preparing athletes for more advanced training as they mature.
By completing this program, young athletes will be better equipped to handle the physical demands of football as they grow, improving both their technical and physical performance on the pitch.

The Youth 24-Week program is designed to build young athletes into well-rounded, strong footballers. This longer program allows for more progression, introducing advanced movement patterns, strength exercises, and speed/agility drills. With a focus on body control, injury prevention, and athleticism, young athletes will refine their speed mechanics, build power, and improve both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
The program will also introduce slightly more advanced strength-building exercises to help develop resilience and football-specific durability.
By the end of the 24-weeks, athletes will have a comprehensive understanding of how to properly train their bodies for the demands of competitive football, setting them up for long-term success in the sport.
